A fake casino is wearing TechSolutions Group’s name and license

This is a public evidence page from Scam Detective’s published research. TechSolutions Group N.V. — the genuine Curaçao operator of 22Bet, 20Bet, National Casino, and Bizzo Casino, at techsolutionsnv.com — had its name and its real Curaçao license number pasted into the footer of zokawin.com, a fake casino with no affiliation whatsoever. A genuine license stolen to dress a fake operator is a distinct impersonation pattern: the license verifies, the site wearing it doesn’t. Every finding is backed by the independent sources listed further down the page.

High riskFake casino — stolen brand name and license in the footer

zokawin.com

Registration profileRegistered September 26, 2026 — weeks old when the investigation landed, and already rotated to a parked page by verification
First seenOctober 2026, in the LCB.org investigation (published October 27, 2026)
Evidence
  • Falsely presented TechSolutions Group N.V. as its footer operator — with no affiliation whatsoever. The genuine TechSolutions operates 22Bet, 20Bet, National Casino, and Bizzo Casino, and has no connection to zokawin.com.
  • Pasted TechSolutions’ real Curaçao license number — OGL/2024/590/0758 — into the fake casino’s footer. The license is genuine; the site wearing it is not. It can be checked against the Curaçao GCB certificate portal (cert.cga.cw), where it belongs to TechSolutions’ real operations.
  • Registered September 26, 2026 and already rotated to a parked page by verification — a weeks-old domain, burned fast, exactly the rotation cadence that outpaces takedowns.
  • The stolen-footer pattern is deliberate: a fake casino that quotes a verifiable license number from a real, established operator inherits that operator’s credibility with anyone who checks the number but not the site.
High riskFake casino — predecessor deployment of the same kit

betpoint.cc

Registration profileThe same fake-casino kit’s earlier deployment — February 2026, months before zokawin.com
First seenFebruary 2026, documented by the same investigation as a prior false TechSolutions claim
Evidence
  • The same kit falsely claimed TechSolutions Group before, via betpoint.cc in February 2026 — a documented repeat operation, not a one-off copycat.
  • Now dead, like zokawin.com — the kit rotates its domains while recycling the same stolen footer and terms.
  • The same terms and conditions were also found separately misusing a Medium Rare N.V. license — the kit harvests real operators’ credentials wholesale, not just one brand’s.
The pattern

Red flags in this impersonation

  1. 01A real license number on a fake casino — OGL/2024/590/0758 genuinely belongs to TechSolutions Group. A license number in a footer proves nothing by itself: verify the license against the operator named on the Curaçao GCB certificate portal (cert.cga.cw), and verify the site against that operator’s official domains.
  2. 02Footer operator claims — “operated by TechSolutions Group N.V.” on any domain other than the operator’s official properties (techsolutionsnv.com and its brands’ own sites) is a false claim. The named operator is real; the site naming it is not.
  3. 03A recycled kit, not a one-off — the same crew did the same thing via betpoint.cc (February 2026) before zokawin.com (September 2026), and the same terms and conditions separately misused a Medium Rare N.V. license. When one fake site is found wearing your license, assume the kit that built it has worn others.
  4. 04Weeks-old domain fronting a veteran operator — zokawin.com was registered September 26, 2026; the operator whose identity it stole runs established casino brands with years of history.
  5. 05Rotation to parked — zokawin.com now shows a parked page. The kit moved on; the next name will reuse the same stolen footer, which is why monitoring should watch the license number and operator name, not just known-bad domains.
  6. 06The compliance surface is the attack surface — a licensed operator’s certificate numbers are public by design, which makes them free credibility material for fake casinos. Publishing a license creates an impersonation risk most operators never monitor for.

Who corroborates this evidence

LCB.org investigation (October 27, 2026)

LCB.org’s investigation documented zokawin.com’s false TechSolutions footer, the pasted Curaçao license OGL/2024/590/0758, the “no affiliation whatsoever” finding, and the kit’s earlier betpoint.cc deployment.

Curaçao GCB certificate portal (cert.cga.cw)

The official Curaçao Gaming Control Board register is where OGL/2024/590/0758 can be independently checked — and where it resolves to TechSolutions Group’s real operations, not to zokawin.com or betpoint.cc.

Brand-domain mismatch

The genuine TechSolutions Group N.V. operates at techsolutionsnv.com and its casino brands’ official domains; zokawin.com and betpoint.cc have no affiliation whatsoever with the company.
